Hookah and tobacco products are hazardous to health, contain addictive nicotine, and carry serious health risks. HookahDraft does NOT encourage, promote, or endorse the consumption of tobacco. The platform merely provides technical mixology information to help existing adult consumers manage flavors and prevent burnt sessions. All health and safety risks associated with tobacco consumption rest solely with the user.

HookahDraft is dedicated to maintaining a respectful, safe, and collaborative mixology community. Users can share their recipes, bowl packings, and reviews. • Zero-Tolerance Policy: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content including harassment, hate speech, threats, obscenity, defamation, or any illegal activities. Accounts violating this policy are subject to immediate and permanent termination. • Prohibition of Commercial Tobacco Sales: HookahDraft is NOT an e-commerce or retail marketplace. Directly or indirectly selling tobacco, charcoal, or hookah gear, soliciting orders, advertising prices, or sharing direct contact/payment information (phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, banking details) is strictly prohibited. • In-App Reporting & Automated Quarantine: Users can instantly report objectionable comments or content using the in-app "Report" tool. For community safety, content subjected to independent community reports or flagged by automated security algorithms may be temporarily quarantined and hidden pending human review. Our moderation team reviews all reported content within 24 hours and permanently removes violations. Sanctions may be applied against accounts found to be abusing or coordinating false reports. • User Blocking Mechanism: Users have full autonomy to block any member at any time from their profile or comments. Blocked users are mutually filtered and will not be visible to each other across the platform. • Content License: You retain ownership of your original contributions, while granting HookahDraft a non-exclusive license to display, host, and index your content across our services.

HookahDraft provides free core features alongside optional Pro and Premium subscription tiers for expanded stash limits and VIP badges: • Billing: Transactions are handled directly by your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Cancellation & Refunds: Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Google Play or Apple ID account settings. Refund requests are subject to Google Play and Apple refund policies.

All HookahDraft branding, UI designs, 3D visualizations, algorithms, and source code are the exclusive property of HookahDraft and its developers. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

The application is provided on an 'As-Is' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. HookahDraft shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on recipe recommendations.

HookahDraft reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication. For all inquiries, support requests, and feedback, our in-app support and web feedback channels are available to assist you.
